Missouri center for the book chose Pirates
In October I went to a reception to be honored as the illustrator of Pirates which was chosen by Missouri center for the book to represent their state at the National book festival in Washington DC. You can check it out by clicking on the image above.

Thanks Erin, all I had to do is paint, you did the hard work, ( just stand there and hold the paper towel tube and look good) I'm glad your grandma cried.

My mom and granny have both been asking me for prints, in fact I was wondering if I could have a copy of the file. Are you going to be in Rexburg this summer? You should meet Adam and I for Thai! We have a gift for you too... but its a surprise! You have to come to get it.
I am happy to send or hand over prints to you for your family, I don't think I could trust you and especially Adam with a file, it would end up on a T-shirt or coffee mug on some web site...

Beautiful! I loved it from the minute I saw it on the Ensign cover. I even cut it out and hung it in my office where I can see it every day. Maybe the "real thing would be nice :) ...can you give me information on the print as well?

My Relief Society is focusing on ways to put oil in our lamps this year! I love this picture and this it would be perfect to put up on our builtin board or even hang in the room if we get permission! Could you please email me with details about being able to order a print? Thank you so much!
